Cluster Governance

The LCA Board meets a minimum of four times a year, holds an annual meeting every September, and encourages all owners and residents to attend. The annual meeting includes an annual review, election of Board members to fill expiring terms, and open discussion about Cluster business and issues. All owners pay assessments to maintain the property, but only resident owners may vote in elections.
