Lakeport Cluster is a lakefront community in Reston, Virginia, comprised of 82 town homes.
The Lakeport Cluster Association (LCA) is a nonprofit corporation organized under Virginia law, governed by its homeowners and a five-member, elected Board of Directors. The LCA Board oversees maintenance, landscaping, and design issues of common grounds including the dock. The LCA Board meets monthly and homeowners are welcome to attend Board meetings. The LCA Board also holds an annual meeting every September and encourages all owners and residents to attend. The annual meeting includes an annual review, election of Board members to fill expiring terms, and open discussion about Cluster business and issues. All town home owners pay assessments to maintain the property, but only resident owners may vote in elections.

Bylaws: Updated in 2008, the Lakeport Cluster Association Bylaws defines a member of the Association, its Board of Directors, and the rights and responsibilities given to each.
Reserve Study: Performed April 2, 2010. Provides the physical health of the cluster with associated costs for maintenance.
