With 28% (30% required) of eligible Reston Association Members voting, the RA Headquarters Referendum did not achieve its voting quorum requirement and has therefore failed. The Board has scheduled the spring street/parking lot clean up on April 28th to clear out the winter sand and most of spring’s tree blossoms.
