Fairfax County Police invite parents and caregivers to attend “National Seat Check Saturday” on Saturday, September 12 to learn more about proper installation of safety equipment as a part of Child Passenger Safety Week, September 12 – 18. The event is at the Fairfax County Government Center, 12000 Government Center Parkway, Fairfax, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Certified technicians will be available to conduct on-site child safety seat inspections and education to ensure children are properly secured.
